Kim Quackenbush Practice Administrator

Kim Quackenbush, Practice Administrator

Kim Quackenbush is a fourth generation Tallahassean who graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and continued her education, earning her Risk Management certification and licensure. Kim is energetic and enthusiastic, and her motto is to “participate in life". Serving as Practice Administrator at Tallahassee Ear, Nose and Throat since 2000, her management focus is to establish policies and procedures that ensure strong business practices, compliance to regulatory guidelines, and quality and compassionate service to the patients. Notably, the group has been recognized by MGMA (Medical Group Management Association) as a practice top performer. In the Tallahassee community, Kim has served for many years on a steering committee to provide continued support and educational opportunities to local practices that are members of Capital Medical Society. She volunteers her time with many health related organizations and is an avid supporter of Relay for Life. Other activities she enjoys are; traveling, exercising, arts and crafts, spending time with her family, and volunteering in her church. Anyone who knows Kim is very much aware she is a lady strongly committed to working with the physicians and staff to provide a quality experience for all patients.

Lynn Gentry Nurse Manager

Lynn Gentry, Nurse Manager

Lynn Gentry began her career at Tallahassee Ear Nose & Throat in 1991. Prior to joining the group, she worked with patients in family practice and long-term care settings. While working as a nurse at Tallahassee ENT, Lynn chose to further her education by earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Lynn now serves as the Nursing Manager for the practice, combining her many years of nursing experience and administration degree to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. Outside the office Lynn enjoys spending her time boating, camping and traveling to see her children and grandchildren.

Kim Green Human Resources

Kim Green, Human and Capital Resources

Kim has been employed by Tallahassee Ear, Nose & Throat for over 22 years. She graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing concentrating in Purchasing. She currently is responsible for the human resource department and manages TENT’s capital resources. In this role, Kim works with every staff member in the office. One of Kim’s key functions is to support and maintain the computer systems in the office. The flow of information in the office and between offices is key to providing quality medical care. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and being near the beach. She is proud to be a part of the TENT team!

Lisa Myrick Audiology

Lisa Myrick, Audiology Department Manager

Lisa has over twenty years of professional experience and serves as audiology department manager. Originally from Boynton Beach, Dr. Myrick served as audiologist and manager at a large ear, nose and throat practice in South Florida before she and her family moved to Tallahassee in 2000. Dr. Myrick received a Master of Science in audiology in 1985 from Florida State University. In January 2005, she received a Doctorate of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Myrick has a long history of service to the Deaf community and is fluent in American Sign Language.

Kelli Osborn Business Operations Manager

Kelli Osborn, Business Operations Manager

Kelli Osborn is a native Floridian. She was born and raised in Tallahassee. She has nineteen years of experience as a Registered Medical Assistant working in a large internal medicine practice. Before joining the staff at Tallahassee Ear, Nose and Throat, Kelli spent four years training staff and providing computer support for a large multi-specialty medical group. She enjoys camping and traveling with her husband, three very active boys and two dogs. Kelli’s goal is to use the wealth of knowledge and customer service that she has acquired in her previous roles to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families.

Sheri Smith Operations Manager

Sheri Smith, Operations Manager

Sheri Smith is a Tallahassee native who graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing concentrating in Customer Relationship Management. Sheri joined Tallahassee Ear, Nose and Throat in 2012, bringing with her over 15 years of customer service experience. In the Tallahassee community, Sheri volunteers with Pop Warner, a community based athletic program for football and cheerleading, and Relay for Life. Other activities she enjoys are floral design, arts and craft, and spending time with her family. As the Operations Manager, Sheri is responsible for our Surgery Scheduling Department, Medical Records Department and all operational processes across the organization. Sheri‘s goal is to evaluate and streamline processes so that our patients experience the highest quality of care while interacting with a very pleasant and efficient office.

Caitlin Breen, Patient Services Manager

Caitlin Breen, Patient Services Manager

Caitlin Breen is a life-long Floridian born on the Space Coast. Caitlin graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in Clinical Health Science and has since worked in a multitude of different medical specialty offices. Since relocating to Tallahassee, Caitlin has enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, and taking her three Boston Terriers Tucker, Sammy, and Archie to the dog park. Caitlin’s goal for our patients is that they each receive the highest quality of service possible while interacting with our office.

Kerri Petrone, Office Services Manager

Kerri Petrone, Office Services Manager

Kerri Petrone is a Tallahassee native and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science and Disorders from Florida State University. Kerri currently serves as Office Services Manager and her goal is to provide a smooth transition of care for patients who need additional diagnostic test scheduled or assistance with seeking other specialty care services. Her responsibilities include helping support office procedures to ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of the practice. She enjoys spending time with her young family, yoga classes and outdoor activities that involves days at the beach.
